Bill comes to the ministry after a successful career in medicine. He was born in Jackson, Mississippi, and attended Vanderbilt University. He married his wife, Brenda, in 1977. They have four children, Lawson, Aaron, Matthew, and Lauren. After graduating from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine, he completed two residencies and board certification in General Surgery and Thoracic Surgery. He joined the staff at Michael Memorial as Administrator and Associate Pastor in 1996, and served as our Interim Pastor from February 1998 through February 1999. He was ordained to the gospel ministry in 1999, after he was called as our Pastor.
