We exist to bring glory to God through equipping students to follow Christ completely, while offereing a place of love, acceptance, and encouragement.
Vision Statement:
The NoPosers student ministry purpose is to teach students and their families to carry the life-changing message of Christ to their friends, schools, homes and work.
Poser: one who falsely represents him/herself as a member of a group or establishment for the purpose of popularity or personal gain.
No Poser: one who is true to the calling on his/her life to stand strong for absolute truth, personal holiness, and genuine compassion for others.
The Question?
Do you ever wonder what is your purpose in life?
Do you ever find yourself in difficult situations wishing you had the guidance and strength to make the right decisions?
Do you wish you had a peace and happiness in your life that gave you the courage to face the challenges of this world?
Do you understand that there is a real heaven and a real hell?
The Answer.
God loves you and He has a plan for your life. He wants you to live a wonderful life filled with His blessings. But best of all, He wants you to be in Heaven with Him -- forever!
How do I become a Christian?
How can I know for sure that I am going to heaven?
1.) ADMIT that you are a sinner. The bible says, "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." (Romans 3:23)
2.) AGREE that Jesus died on the cross to pay the price for your sins. "If you confess with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." (Romans 10:9-10)
3.) ACCEPT God's free gift of salvation. Ask Jesus to come into your heart and become Lord of your life. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me." (John 14:6)
If you are ready to admit, agree and accept, then you are ready for heaven. Here is a simple prayer for you to become a child of God:
Dear Jesus,
I know that I'm a sinner. I believe you died for my sins. I believe you rose from the grave to make a place for me in heaven. Come into my heart and save me. I will live my life for you, to the best of my abilities, and I will not be ashamed of you. Thank you, Lord Jesus, for saving me.
