MMBC OBJECTIVES
- CELEBRATION - Our desire is to model authentic Christian worship as a celebration of the presence of God, of the new life we have in Christ, and of the change which occurs in a life through an encounter with Jehovah God.
- EDUCATION - Believing each 'born again' child of God has an innate need to become a disciple (a learner) of Christ, we provide Bible Study as well as Christian Training that are both Bible based and needs oriented. Each member of the MMBC family is expected to actively participate in Bible Study and Discipleship Training.
- PENETRATION - Also, believing that we are the extension of Jesus' earthly ministry, we take literally His great command to "go into all the world and be witnesses." If the non-believers in the world are to find Christ as personal Savior, it will be the result of us Born-again Christians, telling the gospel story. We believe this is not an optional part of the Christian life, but rather a command for the Christian and the Church.
- APPLICATION - Finally, believing that God has endowed each of us with spiritual gifts, with time and with resources, each member is expected to be good stewards with what He has given us by:
- Praying and seeking God's will for places of service within His Kingdom and His church
- Devoting time to ministry within and through His Kingdom and His church;
- Commiting financial support to His Kingdom using the Biblical truths as a standard.
